1. High temperature cooking
First, the shelled cashews should be fumigated at high temperatures in a boiler over 100°C and undergo sterilization, insecticidal and bactericidal processes.

2. Shelling
For cashews that have softened shells after cooking, either by mechanical shelling or professional manual shelling (operator should do skin protection measures), the cashew shelling machine can cut the shell of cashews to obtain cashew kernels.
 
3. Automatic drying
The cashew nut drying machine uses the principle of air energy heat pump. There are multiple modes for the drying process. According to the characteristics of shelled cashew nuts, the drying parameters can be set through the intelligent control system of the dryer. Most of the water is removed until the peel breaks and the kernels and skin begin to split.
 
4. Peeling
