Chocolate Drop Production Line Successfully Delivered To Brazil

In mid-June, our installation team successfully completed the installation and commissioning of a fully automatic chocolate drop production line for a Brazilian company. The project passed final acceptance on the first attempt; the client spoke highly of the trial run results and proactively provided photos and videos of the production site.

The Brazilian client maintained strict requirements regarding the visual consistency of the finished chocolate drops, production capacity stability, and equipment hygiene standards. To address local operating conditions—such as the hot, humid climate and power grid fluctuations—our technical team developed a customized design to ensure the equipment was perfectly suited to the on-site production environment.

 

Our senior engineers traveled to the site in Brazil to oversee the installation process, ensuring strict adherence to international safety standards, and conducted systematic training for the factory's operating personnel.

 

From equipment positioning to the start of trial production, the integrated commissioning of all mechanical, electrical, and temperature control systems was completed in just 15 days. During commissioning, the weight deviation of the chocolate deposits was consistently controlled within ±1%, and the molding yield reached an impressive 99.6%. The equipment operated smoothly and received immediate approval from the client's technical team.

 

The client's factory manager personally oversaw the acceptance inspection of the chocolate drop production line, highly commending the gloss and uniform size of the finished product. The client proactively provided high-definition images of the trial-run products and videos of the production line in continuous operation, authorizing our company to use them for promotional purposes.

 

The images reveal the chocolate drops’ exquisite, button-like shape, while the videos clearly demonstrate the entire high-speed depositing and cooling process, authentically showcasing the equipment's exceptional performance.
