Structure of Hydraulic Cocoa Butter Extraction Machine
This machine mainly consists of three parts: Main body, Hydraulic transmission and Electric control. Following will introduce the three parts in detail:
 
Part 1: Main body:
It consists of baseplate, upright, top plate, oil press assembly, oil pans, nut and other parts, is one of the main body of the machine, the oil material inside oil pressing assembly, by pushing up the power of the oil cylinder assembly, oil flow from squeeze flow of oil, through the oil pans enter the oil storage barrels.
 
Part 2: Drive hydraulic parts:
This is the main power source for high oil production rate, it is composed of the transmission shaft, worm gear, worm, gear pump, high pressure pump, relief valve, manual valve, oil cylinder assembly, pipe joints and other parts. The machine adopts German technology of hydraulic pump station, South Korea three plunger pump station, with low speed, high oil pressure, high temperature resistant, the oil temperature above 65 degrees without cooling device, sustainable work.
 
Part 3: Electric control part:
This is advanced part of this cocoa oil press machine, it is composed of motor, voltage meter, temperature control regulation table, pressure gauge, the power of elements insurance, etc..

How to make cocoa butter from cocoa beans?

Application of Hydraulic Cocoa Oil Press Machine:
Peanut, almond, walnut, rapeseed, sesame seed, sunflower seed, flaxseed, hemp seed, camellia seed and other oil crops, the oil content of general oil crops is not less than 40%.

FAQ of Hydraulic Cocoa Butter Extraction Machine
  • Working temperature: heating temperature in winter heating circle needs to reach (60-90 degrees Celsius), summer (50-70 degrees Celsius)
  • Material requirements: oil content ≥ 40%, water content ≤ 10%
  • Oil content of slag: Generally, the oil content of hot slag is 10-12% (according to the appropriate temperature of the pressing temperature)
  • Conventional equipment materials: the electric cabinet and the oil pan are stainless steel, and the other upper and lower bottom plates are 16Mn steel.
  • Pressure gauge: The factory has been set to the best state, the pressure during use should not exceed 60Mpa.
