Structure of Peanut Kernel Grading Machine:
It is composed of a vibration motor, a screen box, a screen mesh, a vibration transmitting body and a vibration absorbing device.

• It uses excellent horizontal motor as power source, so that peanuts material is thrown up on the screen while moving forward in a straight line.
• The groundnut grading machine can be equipped with single or multi-layer screen to achieve classification, impurity removal, inspection and other purposes.
• Reasonable matching screen is used to achieve the purpose of screening.

 
Automatic Peanut Grading Process:
Peanut material evenly enters the inlet and outlet of the sifter from the warper, and several products and substandard sifters are produced through multi-layer sieves and discharged from their respective outlets respectively. It can be used to realize automatic operation in peanut production line.
