RUTF is a high-energy, micronutrient-rich paste or solid food used to treat children with severe acute malnutrition (SAM), usually made from peanuts, oil, sugar and milk powder. The RUTF/RUSF produced by our production line can achieve the core goals of high nutritional density, long shelf life, and safe and ready-to-eat, meeting the stringent conditions of humanitarian aid.

Features of Our RUTF and RUSF Production Line

• Full process automation: From cleaning and color sorting of peanuts to baking, grinding, precise batching, efficient mixing, precise filling/packaging, etc., the whole process is highly automated to minimize the risk of contamination and improve production efficiency.
• Efficient cleaning: It integrates a cleaning screen, a stone remover, and a magnetic separator to powerfully remove impurities, stones, and metal foreign matter contained in peanut seeds.
• High-precision color sorting: Equipped with a high-performance CCD color sorter, it accurately removes moldy kernels, discolored kernels, and poor peanut raw materials to ensure the purity of raw materials.
• Constant temperature roasting to ensure flavor: The baking machine uses a thermostat and a temperature sensor to intelligently and accurately control the temperature, effectively ensuring that the temperature is always kept in a stable range, ensuring that the peanuts are evenly baked and have the best flavor.

• Efficient grinding and emulsification: Peanut butter (particle size ≤ 200μm) ensures a paste texture, avoids a granular feel, and improves children's acceptance.
• High-precision metering and batching: Accurately measure the main ingredients and auxiliary ingredients to ensure that the nutritional content of each batch of RUTF/RUSF products strictly meets the standards and has reliable efficacy.
• Efficient homogenous mixing: The double-screw mixer achieves high uniformity mixing of oil, powder, and trace nutrients, eliminating agglomeration or stratification, and ensuring balanced nutrition in every bite of RUTF/RUSF.
• Fully automatic filling/packaging: The servo-controlled quantitative filling machine (accuracy ±1g) is packaged into 25g/92g small bags.
• Modular design: Convenient maintenance and reduced downtime; also convenient for future capacity expansion or process upgrades.
• Meet strict standards: The design and manufacturing of the entire line follow the food machinery safety and hygiene standards. The material contact part uses food-grade stainless steel, which is easy to clean and disinfect, and meets the requirements of international food safety management systems such as GMP and HACCP, laying the hardware foundation for the production of compliant and high-quality RUTF products.
