This peanut butter making line is mainly used to produce smooth peanut butter, including a full set of equipment from peanut roasting to degassing and filling. This production line can be applied to various varieties of peanut kernels with a fat content higher than 40%, and the production capacity can reach 500 kg/h.

Main Process Features of Peanut Butter Making Line:

① Roasting

High-quality roasting results are a prerequisite for peanut butter production. This drum roasting machine uses the principles of heat conduction and thermal radiation, and uses hot air as the medium to apply heat energy to the peanuts so that the peanuts are heated evenly, effectively ensuring the roasting quality. The roasted peanuts are uniform in color, free of damage, and non-toxic. broken.

② Peeling

The red skin and germ of peanuts contain natural tannins, which are bitter in the mouth and have poor palatability. Removing these substances can preserve the pure taste of peanut butter to the maximum extent. The peanut peeling machine has the characteristics of high degree of automation, high flap breaking rate, low noise and no pollution.

③ Grinding the sauce

This process uses a colloid mill to refine the material to a fineness of about 80-100 mesh.

④ Cooling

The kinematic viscosity of peanut butter is around 5000-8000cp. Due to the high viscosity, ordinary cooling equipment cannot meet the cooling requirements of this type of butter. Therefore, our company followed the characteristics of this type of sauce and independently developed a set of sauce cooling equipment with fast cooling speed.

⑤ Refining

The peanut butter has been refined again. This process uses a homogenizer. On the one hand, it can achieve an emulsification effect, make the emulsification effect of the material better, and extend the separation time of the oil and sauce; on the other hand, it can refine the material.

⑥ Blending

Add different flavorings to taste and get different flavors of peanut butter. This process uses a ribbon mixer. After the ribbon is turned and mixed, the peanut butter and materials are fully mixed to obtain peanut butter with a consistent taste.

⑦ Degassing

During the production process of peanut butter, some air will be integrated into the butter body. This air will oxidize the oil after filling into the container, reducing the shelf life of the product.

⑧ Filling

Different filling solutions can be provided for different customers to ensure the best filling process.
